Intuitive Bodywork
Every body has a story to tell. We hold it in our cells, tissues and muscles. Using a combination of massage and energy work I intuitively read the story of your body. I use the insight received to offer simple lifestyle changes you can implement to release deep seated and habitual patterns. By working on the energetic and physical bodies simultaneously a deeper healing is enabled and a profound sense of peace and freedom is achieved.
Available in 60 or 90 min sessions.
Reiki Session
I am a trained master in both Usui and
Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki. Reiki means Universal Life Energy. This is the energy found in all living things. A reiki session uses this energy to relax and center the body. Reiki helps release any area of stuck or stagnant energy allowing healing to take place on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. During a reiki session you will lie fully clothed on the massage table and I will gently place my hands over the energy centers. You may feel warmth or tingling or just a deep-seated sense of relaxation and tranquility.

Personal Yoga Wellness Session
Meet with me one on one to discuss your personal yoga and health and wellness goals. Our first session is dedicated to an in depth health and lifestyle intake. We will move through some pranayama (breath work), and yoga asana (poses) together. I will assess your overall range of motion, stamina and tone and create a personalized regimen that focuses on meeting your health goals. Using a variety of tools including yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, lifestyle changes, massage and energy work we will work together to promote overall wellbeing and ease in the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
